I'm Charlie, the 13-year-old rescue who has been accompanying Amber to the office since Nigel retired (for some reason he wasn't keen on me joining the team).

I seem to always win the employee of the month award, which is clearly a testament to my exceptional performance in making clients smile, keeping everyone's stress levels down, and maintaining office morale through strategic cuddle deployment.

Plus, any excuse to escape from the madhouse at home and enjoy a well deserved day of uninterrupted naps and pats.

Between you and me, I'm pretty sure multiple clients are more excited to see me than Amber.
