I love making a difference in someone's life, even if it's small.

Many of our clients are from the older generation, and sometimes that leads to some pretty amusing moments. One client recently called in, explaining they were having trouble with their laptop. They'd taken it to a tech shop where the technician told them they needed to go home and remove all the "cookies" from their computer.

The client then called our office, and I happened to answer. They were quite confused, saying they couldn't find any pictures of cookies on their computer. I quickly explained what browser cookies are and how they work. With a quick Google search, I walked them through the step-by-step process of clearing cookies from their browser.

At the end of the call, we shared a good laugh - they admitted that when they first got home, they actually checked around their house for cookies, thinking they needed to physically remove them!

When I'm not solving cookie mysteries, you'll find me playing board games, baking, watching movies, reading, or watching sports - netball, rugby 7's, and cricket keep me busy.

I'm a diehard Eagles supporter and love getting out to watch the Scorchers play.

Because let's face it, WA teams just do it better.

  • I’d invite Tom Holland and Hugh Jackman—because who wouldn’t want to pick the brains of Spider-Man and Wolverine over a meal? Tom’s the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man, bringing youthful energy, quick wit, and a knack for balancing superhero duties with real-life challenges. Hugh, on the other hand, is the legendary Wolverine—gritty, wise, and full of stories that slice through the noise with razor-sharp insight.

Together, they’d make dinner feel like an epic crossover event: part action-packed adventure, part heartfelt storytelling, and all-around inspiring. Plus, I’m hoping for some behind-the-scenes Marvel secrets—because every good leader needs a little superhero inspiration!
